One downside is that the hotel staff is not well-trained, which can result in misunderstandings with guests.

Loved how spacious and clean the rooms were, with comfortable beds that were perfect for a good night's rest. the hotel was in a great location because everything was within easy reach. We were able to explore the city and visit some local attractions. I also liked the friendly staff, who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

the noise from the swimming pool and the surrounding area made it hard to sleep in during the morning, which was a bit annoying.
